The Sinister Diesel 6.7L Disaster Prevention Kit will help protect your entire fuel system from the infamous CP4 pump failure. The Factory injection pump (CP4) in the 6.7L Powerstroke is notorious for failure. When the high-pressure fuel pump fails it sends tiny pieces of metal shavings throughout the entire fuel system. The debris in the fuel is recirculated through the fuel system and causes detrimental failure to other parts such as the injectors, and pump. This Sinister Diesel Disaster prevention kit is installed directly to the injection pump (CP4) as well as the fuel return line system. If the CP4 were to fail, this kit has a built-in filter system to catch contaminants before they reach vital components.
