AFE 46-20141 Bladerunner GT Series Intercooler

Replace the factory intercooler in your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with the AFE 46-20141 BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler. The BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a direct bolt-on installation that reuses the factory mounting locations for an easy install and is 100% TIG-welded for superior strength and durability. Designed to work with the factory charge pipes, the intercooler has a heavy-duty billet aluminum inlet and outlet. This Intercooler has a 4-1/2" bar and plate core that is extremely durable and allows for greater airflow over stock as well as 1/8" NPT Ports which are provided for connecting sensors or Water Methanol Injection. Installation is made easy with the included premium clamps and Silicone Coolant Hoses for improved strength and service life.

End Tanks:

BladeRunner GT Series intercooler end tanks are constructed out of heavy-duty 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum plates.

Oversized Bar and Plate Core:

This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a 4-1/2" thick dual pass bar and plate core that is extremely durable and allows for greater airflow over stock.

Billet Aluminum Fittings:

This BladeRunner Intercooler features billet aluminum inlet and outlets for superior strength and durability.

TIG-Welded:

100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. TIG-welding provides the strongest welds, reducing stress cracks.
