Coolant Bypass Titan XD

This is our Fab coolant bypass unit for the Nissan XD Cummins.

All 6061 aluminum built unit.

Bypass coolant from an EGR.     "This unit will not remove egr" 

This lets you not have a hot spot or over pressure built in the coolant system.

Requires the use of race tuning.

CNC O-ring grooves on bottom

CNC Top block.

CNC hose barb.

Requires 18 inch Coolant hose 5/16 inch

THIS IS REQUIRED!

IF YOU INSTALL A COOLANT BLOCK OFF PLATE YOU WILL SHORTEN THE LIFE OF THE MOTOR! 

THIS will NOT delete or remove Emissions factory system! Not a full Kit! this is a single part!
