PPE 116112535 Silver Ceramic Coated High-Flow Manifold & Up-Pipe Kit that will replace the leaky manifolds & up-pipes in your 2017-2024 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P. The manifolds in this kit are cast from high silicon with molybdenum ductile iron. This iron has good resistance to growth at high temperature and great thermal cycling performance. The aircraft-grade 304 stainless steel up-pipe bellows are constructed with an enlarged inner diameter for more flow and are internally sleeved. This kit is engineered to increase power and dependability while maximizing power and flow characteristics, lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and accelerating turbo spool-up.

The Ceramic-Coating enhances the benefits of this High-Flow Manifold & Up-Pipe Kit and is specifically engineered to optimize power and flow characteristics. To shorten the thermal cycle and lower the surface temperature, the ceramic coating acts as a thermal barrier and doesn't absorb heat as quickly as raw metal.
