PPE 168030150 Silicone Bushing Engine Mount Kit - 50 SHD (OE Firmness) that is designed to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness (NHV) in your 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax. As the stock bushings wear down, the factory engine mounts will fail. Engine noise and vibration become more noticeable when they fail. This degradation is enhanced in high-power engine applications.

The PPE Silicone Bushing Engine Mount Kit is intended to hold the engine to the frame while also improving ride quality. These silicone bushings are designed to outlast polyurethane bushings, isolate vibration, and withstand the intense heat of the engine bay. The bushings in these engine mounts are regarded as a 50A on the Durometer scale, which has a firmness that is about equal to the factory bushings.
